Erase one client's data when they ask. Client data is otherwise deleted automatically after 1 year. Only IT and Legal can see this page.

Erase a client's data

Deletes that client's result bundles, review decisions, and published reports from Vigilent Labs straight away. Other clients are not affected.

This cannot be undone. Copies inside the database backups are not touched and age out on their own; the receipt gives the date they are gone. Staff machines that ran the assessment delete their local copies with vigilent-runner purge --tenant.
